Silence At The Center of Creation

Rev. Beth Waltemath is preaching on Isaiah 55:6-12.  During this Earth Day worship, we will pause and reflect on how every creature and created thing honors God just by being themselves.  She will describe how she will use her sabbatical to revisit work she began in 2013 when she received a Lilly grant to study how to engage silence as spiritual practice to recover from trauma.  She may even reveal the location of one of the five quietest places on earth (as long as you promise not to go there the same time as she does).
