Summer Worship at NDPC is a time of refreshment and renewal. There is one weekly worship service at 10am through Labor Day weekend. The clergy ditch the robes, the choir comes down from the loft to sit in the pews, men loosen the imaginary ties they never wear anyway, people switch from their formal sandals to informal sandals… or just go barefoot. We spend as much time in silence as we can without morphing into Quakers. Children squirm, we sing, and we thank God for blessings and lean on God for strength for the journey ahead. It’s lovely and we hope you’ll join us each week and bring a friend or neighbor with you to drink from these waters.
