Together, we will engage in centering prayer, explore the nine types, delve into type-specific qualities, cultivate three-centered awareness, and participate in guided reflection. Howard Thurman reminds us that “what the world needs is people who have come alive.” Through the Enneagram, we will nurture this aliveness as we deepen our capacity for compassion and presence.
