Worship this Sunday is at 8:45 and 11AM.

Advent 2: God’s Promise of Shelter

Shelter means “refuge, covering, protection.” In a world where dangers are real, shelter is the place you go to be safe. Your body needs shelter, as does your spirit. For many of us, shelter remains elusive. At the heart of the Christmas story is a family who is unsheltered and afraid. Will they find shelter? Will we?

All are welcome to North Decatur Presbyterian Church to share in worship, singing, service, and friendship during the Advent & Christmas season, as we seek together the shelter of a welcoming, loving God.

Advent 2 (12/10): God’s Promise of Shelter: Is. 40:1-11, Ps. 85:1-2, 8-13, Mark 1:1-8

A voice cries out in the midst of our despair. Who is it? What is it saying? Our hearts feel anxious, but also we have hope. Rev. Lewicki, preaching.
